We ordered on our anniversary (35th)We would have love to eat at the restaurant instead of takeout. The food was awesome. We got so much food we ate it for 2 dinners.

Steaks wasn't seasoned, poor waitress. Waited for 38 minutes to even get drinks. Not the Jims I've had two other times that was at that time arguably one of the best Ribeyes that I've ever had.

Food/stead were good. Server was friendly. Completely understaffed. Bartender was also the hostess, cashier and bussed tables. Waited to give our name to be seated, waited to be seated, waited 20 minutes for 1st drink, ordered 2nd during meal and finished meal before it came. Finally cancelled drink order because she was getting soda drinks, playing hostess, taking money and income at the bar was not a priority. Stood 15 minutes for her to take our payment at check out. Management needs improvement.

Wow, a lot of steak. Got an 8 ounce and it seemed like a different size here than where I normally go. Good food and good service. Nice and quiet place to eat when I came here. Would totally come again.

Food was great. Service alite slow but over all good time. They did need someone helping girl out front who took payment to go orders and answered phone..

Showed up at 4:45 for dinner. Our group waited over a hour and twenty minutes. Our "table" was "getting cleaned off for over 20 minutes. Poor service and understaffed. I can't review the food cause we never made it there.

Great food and service, we frequent Jim’s and have not had cause to complain. I love the steak, and the onion rings are delectable. We will always come back.

No staff everyone left in disgust. I hear good things but for a first timer We walked after 30 minutes of wasted time.

The steak was really good. The wait is always long. It was supposed to be a half hour, but we ended up getting seated about an hour later. The wait staff did a great job, the onion ring appetizer is usually excellent, this time they were a little over cooked. We all got the tips and they are excellent. The only reason for the 4 stars this time is the wait time was twice as long as they said and the onion rings over cooked.
